Job Description – Customer Service Agent
We are looking for a well organised Customer Service agent who can respond to various queries from our UK customers. Training will be provided. Working on social media in between calls and investigations. You will need to be an excellent communicator and highly responsive by email. You will report directly to the European Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to gain a wealth of experience within a European team.
Location: The position is mostly home based, with one day in the office per week.
Office base - Chorley Lancashire
Responsibilities:
The role involves :
- Responding to customers and partner calls.
- Responding to Emails and queries
- Posting on social media and responding to posts, comments.
- Investigating, and problem solving.
- General office/admin tasks as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- MS Office
- French or German (Desirable but not essential).
- Social Media
Qualifications
- Maths and English GCSE - Grade A-C
- Degree and College educated preferred.

Reporting to: European Marketing Manager
(This position is classed as self employed position, you will receive a fixed income each month and 21 days paid holiday including bank holidays.)
