Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, a not-for-profit housing provider, managing nearly 13,000 properties. This is a temporary position located in Birkenhead, the hourly rate is 13.47 and this role is weekday only.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
- Salary: 13.47 per hour
- Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, shifts between 7am - 8pm
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Location: Birkenhead
- 2 weeks of training, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
- Providing high levels of Customer Service when responding to customers through various communication channels
- Working towards and achieving KPIs
- Completing investigations to respond to service enquiries, complaints and compliments
- Assessing the customer's needs and initiating appropriate action
- Undertaking all outbound communication when required including contractors, technicians, surveys and any other contact as necessary
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
- The ability to work within a changing environment
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and problem-solving skills is required
- Experience in working in a busy, high-pressurised customer focused frontline service
- Able to work towards targets whilst managing own workload
- Passionate about providing excellent Customer Service
