SalaryWe are working in partnership with a highly successful and well-respected client in Bristol, who are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Role: Customer Service Advisor
Salary – £24984 OTE £30,000
Hours – Monday - Friday (8.00am – 4.30pm & 9.30am – 6.00pm) & 1 in 4 Saturdays
Location – Bristol

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Receive telephone calls from customers regarding their service bookings.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers identifying and responding to their needs.
- To upsell products and services through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer.
Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
- You will have exceptional Customer Service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within a high-end brand.
- Confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and priorities workload.
- Automotive experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
