Purpose
The purpose of our customer care advisors is to work a part of a team, supporting our sales team, engaging with customers via inbound calls and email, creating quotes, sales orders and customer enquiries, all with the aim of delighting our customers.
What you will be doing
Engaging with customer via inbound calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.
Generating quotes
Processing sales orders
Responding to customer queries
Working with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
What we are looking for
- Experience working within a customer care/service team
- Ability to learn new products
- Experience of SAP would be nice
- Proficient in microsoft, and CRM software
- Good english and maths
- An outstanding communicator both verbally and written
- Excellent telephone manner
- Accuracy, pace & attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Naturally helpful
What we offer
