In this role you will:
• Communicate transparently with excellent interpersonal skills to deliver amazing Customer Service, being confident and friendly when speaking with our customers
• Think outside the box and be informative
• Be self-motivated with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• Be professional and switched on for our customers but, also, your own progression
Requirements
• People background - you come with experience of providing proactive administrative support
• Passion for Customer Service - you have a genuine passion for helping others and working as a team with a Customer Service focus
• Excellent communication - you will have strong verbal, written and face - to face communication skills
• Accountability - you will have a strong sense of accountability and ownership of what you do ensuring a high level of confidentiality and an excellent eye for detail
Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4pm and Friday: 6am – 2pm
