Pay GBP11.44 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

My client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to contact retailers regarding their card machines regarding upgrading their technology. This is not a sales role as the upgrade is free of charge. To do this role you must be confident on the telephone.

Temporary Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:

• Supporting retailers regarding hardware upgrades
• Receiving calls regarding queries
• Checking retailer details including addresses
• Calling retailers to process their free hardware upgrade

Temporary Customer Service Advisor Requirements:

• Good telephone manner
• Good attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills
