Temporary Customer Service Advisor

Contract Period 3 to 5 Weeks
Starting Monday 15th April
Pay GBP11.44 per hour
Hours: 9am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
My client is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to contact retailers regarding their card machines regarding upgrading their technology. This is not a sales role as the upgrade is free of charge. To do this role you must be confident on the telephone.
Temporary Customer Service Advisor responsibilities:
- Supporting retailers regarding hardware upgrades
- Receiving calls regarding queries
- Checking retailer details including addresses
- Calling retailers to process their free hardware upgrade
Temporary Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
- Good telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
