Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone calls to approximately 600 customers to assess the condition of their properties.
- Accurately log customer responses, including documenting information and potentially raising orders.
- Demonstrate an understanding of property-related matters to engage in informed discussions with customers!
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an agency setting.
• Excellent phone communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Strong IT skills for data logging and order processing.
• Understanding of property-related issues, specifically damp and mould.
