An industry leading membership organisation which boasts over 1 million members are looking for an additional Customer Service Advisor to join their busy contact centre team. This established business prides itself on the support it provides to its members, and provides knowledge and expertise to members looking to make the most of their passions
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
- Providing outstanding Customer Service to their members (and non members) across various touch points including phone, e-mail, webchat and social media
- Handling queries and complaints from members and non-members
- Promoting and providing advice on a wide range of products and services
- Processing and escalating any customer complaints to ensure a first time resolution
- Supporting other members of your team to ensure a high quality of service to members
I'm really keen to speak to candidates who have experience as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Agent, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Advisor, or Customer Service Representative within a busy contact centre environment.
PLEASE NOTE: Salary for this position is up to £23,680 p.a. (depending on experience).
