Hours & Shifts: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (0800-1600)
Pay Rate: £11.25 per hour
As Customer Service Advisor you will be working in an office environment within this company's brand new flagship site based in Lutterworth with responsibility for the following:
- Providing exceptional Customer Service within the Digital Solutions Department
- Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Email request processing - the processing of customer emails ensuring all security standards are maintained
- Chasing and reporting on progress of customer projects in production
- Order queries and issues - liaising with all relevant departments to resolve order queries and issues
- Client issue resolution - owning and investigating all customer generated issues across all products, ensuring that the customer is continually updated at all stages
- Email indexing - the process of signposting all email and fax traffic that arrives within the department to a specific area
- Outbound calls - contacting customers to discuss any information related to their order requirements where required
We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:
- Previous Customer Service Advisor experience or administrative background
- You will have an excellent telephone manner
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Thorough investigative skills are required for this role
- You will be a reliable, loyal and trustworthy individual who demonstrates a high degree of integrity
- You will be a highly motivated individual who shows enthusiasm and energy, using positive language with customers and colleagues
The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
