My client is a Waste Management company based in Portsmouth who are looking for professional Customer Service advisors to join a fantastic team due to growth.
Your role within a rapidly growing business will include taking inbound calls, advising customers on products and most importantly, you take charge of your own earning potential!
The role will be to provide an excellent service as first point of contact to all customers.
- Arranging collections.
- Looking for opportunities to upsell to customers.
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues and providing solutions.
