Working within the Customer Service department, carrying out a variety of duties to include:
- Dealing directly with customers by telephone, email and occasionally face to face
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Preparing and checking quotations
- Preparing and checking orders
- Obtaining missing information to be able to prepare quotes and sales orders
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Handling, logging and resolving customer complaints
- Booking in deliveries and updating them on the status
- Sending out brochures and samples
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments
You will have:
- Previous Customer Service and Administration experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Have a confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
In addition, you will be able to manage your time efficiently, be proactive and have a flexible attitude
The hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 9am – 4.30pm on a Friday.
