Salary: £22,500 (+ 5% yearly bonus)
Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
Requirements: 2+ years customer service experience, 2+ years’ technical experience.

Customer Care Advisor Job Role:
Interaction Recruitment are excited to announce a new opportunity with an Engineering Manufacturer in the West Yorkshire area. As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through inbound phone and email contact; including handling quotes, sales orders, and general sales and customer service inquiries. You may also support the Internal Sales Team by engaging with customers through outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and leads. Due to the nature of the industry, a technical background/experience discussing dimensions/measurments is essential.
Customer Care Advisor Responsibilites:
- Engaging with Customers via phone and email
- Responding to Quote requests
- Processing Sales Orders
- Responding to sales and customer service enquiries
- Investigating Customer complaints
- Contacting Customers as part of sales campaigns
- Adhering to agreed processes and Quality systems
Customer Care Advisor Experience:
- 2+ years customer service experience within a sales call centre environment.
- Experience working with a technical product.
- Processing quotations/sales orders.
- Taking inbound calls and responding to customer queries via e-mail.
- Complaint handling
- SAP (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Sugar CRM.
- Educated to GCSE equivalent in English and Maths
