Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Immediate Start, Permanent, Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch), Office Based
Location: Stockport
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join a very busy 24/7 courier and logistics organisation based in Stockport. As a vital member of the Customer Service team, you will play a key role in representing the company's commitment to excellent Customer Service.
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails in a polite, calm, and professional manner
• Provide information about products and services, and suggest alternatives when necessary
• Respond to emails promptly, sending price quotations and addressing customer queries in a professional and effective manner
• Proficiently use computer to book live jobs on in-house intransit / cx systems
• Positively contribute to the team dynamic, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

On-Call Responsibilities:

• Participate in on-call duties, one weekday or one weekend in three, to take bookings for same-day jobs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high volume Customer Service environment is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
