You will be the face of the company, ensuring that customers receive the support and assistance they need.
Your new role
You will be responsible for -
- Customer Interaction
- The Rental Process
- Administrative Tasks
- Facility Maintenance
- Sales and Upselling
What you\'ll need to succeed
- GCSE or equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Have basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages (to include Word and Excel).
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
What you\'ll get in return
- Salary £22,000 - £25,000 per Annum
- Full time, permanent role
- 30 Days Holiday including Bank Holidays
- On-site free parking
- Performance bonus
- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- 2 Saturdays each month 9am-1pm
