Responsibility of this Customer Service role:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Providing excellent Customer Service
- Responding to emails
- Providing customers with quotes and information
- Maintenance of internal databases and systems
Requirements of this Customer Service role:
- Ability to pass an aptitude test
- Good Customer Service and or sales background
- Excellent telephone manner
- Passion to progress and develop
