37.5 per week with occasional weekend work.
Pay £11.48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for any queries or bookings.
- Carry out tasks relating to evaluating services such as staff questionnaire and audits and equipment trials.
- Maintain confidentiality in relation to personal data held in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role.
- Good communication skills and ability to prioritise task.
- Computer Literate.
