We are pleased to share an opportunity to join Flagship Group’s Customer Services Team, as Customer Service Advisors. Two job roles are permanent job roles. The third job is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract, for external applicants. All 3 jobs are working Monday to Friday.
This role is working from our East Dereham. The role comes with Agile Working and Flexible Working will be considered.
In this job role as a Customer Service Advisor, you will deliver outstanding Customer Services to Flagship Groups' customers and tenants, acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries via email, live chat or over the phone; ensuring you accurately record all information on our IT systems.
You’ll utilise resources that are available to you to resolve a wide range of queries, provide information and advice, take payments, support with repair queries and follow up with outbound calls to customers and tenants when required. Additionally, assisting with customer complaints, when these arise.
Applications are welcomed for the role of Customer Service Advisors from those with previous experience working in a customer focused role with a passion to go the extra mile and deliver exceptional Customer Service.
You must be able to listen, empathise and confidently provide information and advice to our customers whilst managing expectations and signposting when necessary. Also be able to demonstrate ownership of a problem, until this is fully resolved.
You’ll need to be able to communicate to customers clearly, via multiple communication mediums and work with a range of IT systems, maintaining and updating accurately during calls; as well as being educated to GCSE standard, or equivalent.
