Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with Salesforce experience? I am currently recruiting a temporary Customer Service Advisor for a well-known reputable brand based within Ashby.
The opportunity
l Manage existing client relationships by making and taking client communications, either by phone or email.
l Act as the interface between Sales, Operations Finance functions and our customers.
l Attend internal meetings and training's fully prepared with relevant current data on customer demand requirements and market opportunities, promoting a positive and professional customer orientated approach to ensure the high standards required by Citron for Customer Service, hygiene, and environmental consciousness are maintained.
l Query Management
l High volumes of Administration on Salesforce.
l High volumes of Customer Service
l General Ad-hoc duties.
The successful Candidate
l Administration experience in a Sales or Customer facing Contact Centre environment
l Salesforce experience (Highly desirable)
