Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ringwood, Office Based
Salary: £11.50 per hour
Working Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Evening Shift: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am
Are you a customer-centric individual with a passion for providing excellent service? Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor based in our Ringwood office. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with various levels of Customer Service experience to be part of a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Customer Support: Provide exceptional Customer Service via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Shift Flexibility: Work on a rotational shift basis covering three different shift patterns between 9 am and 2 am.
Adaptability: Handle a variety of Customer Service tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Customer Service Experience: All levels of Customer Service experience considered.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different situations.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive approach.
Shift Availability: Flexibility to work between 9 am and 2 am on a rotational shift basis, Monday to Friday.
