We're in search of rockstar Customer Service Advisors to support one of our long-time automotive partners, Kia.
You'll be joining a winning team known for delivering top-quality service. This job is fast-paced, with our team handling a ton of calls, emails, and messages every day – all while working under tight deadlines. So, sharp attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are a must.
You’ll also need some resilience. People usually call Customer Service when they need help, so be ready to handle those tricky calls with a can-do attitude, professionalism, and a smile. Don't worry; we'll have your back with all the training you need. And if you're the curious type, always asking "why?" and eager to learn, this could be your dream job.
