We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team based in the Worksop Offices and may be required to work at other sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a front line service dealing with customer enquiries concerning Benefits, Council Tax, Housing, Planning and other Council matters as well as operating Council’s switchboard facilities.

The post offers unique challenges but also provides an excellent opportunity to develop and enhance your Customer Service skills. You must be committed to providing a high level of customer care and possess good communication skills. You must be able to stay calm under pressure and deal with members of the Public, Officers and Members in a courteous manner. Good team working and flexibility to meet the demands placed upon the team are essential.
