Our client a well-recognised professional membership body with over 40,000 students and members worldwide is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor.
The Role of the Customer Service Advisor
You will provide high quality, pro-active Customer Service to fellows, professionals, students and members by phone, e-mail to support membership acquisition, membership engagement and membership retention.
You will use the CRM to keep accurate records of all interactions with members and prospects, and you will be aware of the need to manage personal information accurately and in line with our policies on data protection.
Person Specification
Skills & Requirements:
Administrative experience within professional body is desirable
Good working knowledge of using MS Office and CRM systems
Excellent, Customer Service skills, including telephone, e-mail and verbal communication skills
Ability to build new customer relationships and maintain existing customer relationships
Excellent organisational, planning, prioritisation and time management skills
