8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
£12-£13 per hour
Kirkby in Ashfield Office based.
Are you friendly, customer focused and motivated? If you are looking for a new opportunity within Customer Service, we have a fantastic opportunity to join an esteemed family-owned manufacturing business based in Nottingham.
Due to growth within the business, we are looking for a resilient and personable Customer Service Advisor to complement our current team. No two days are ever the same within this role, and due to the B2B nature of the company – you would be managing key accounts for the business and contributing to the ordering process.
The Role:
- Answering inbound queries via phone and email
- Outbound dialling to resolve queries.
- Order processing
- Deal with general enquiries
- Liaising internally with other teams within the business.
- Credit control
The Candidate:
- Resilient and confident
- Experienced within Customer Service (retail/hospitality or phone based)
- Organised
