As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional and personalized customer experience. You will serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met with the up most professionalism and courtesy.
Key Responsibilities of the Customer Services Advisor
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and personalised recommendations.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and product offerings within the beauty industry.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and assist with data entry and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have 1+ years experience in Customer Service (emails and phone)
- Social Media experience (Instagram / TikTok) or systems experience such as Shopify and Zendesk is highly adventurous
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Rapport building and computer literacy in word and excel
