Dynamite recruitment are representing a family run Automotive specialist who have an exciting opportunity to join there very successful team as an Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator. This role will play an important part ensuring that the daily operations of the business run smoothly whilst being able to deliver excellent Customer Service. My client is looking for someone who is energetic, willing to learn and able to deliver amazing service!
As an Customer Service Advisor/ Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Assisting and speeding up the workshop.
- Planning where the Vehicles will be kept.
- Safely moving vehicles to ensure smooth flow of the car park.
- Ensuring customers are looked after and assisting when necessary.
- Exceptional Customer service skills.
- A positive “can do attitude”.
- Energetic and able to think on their feet.
- Great organisation Skills.
- Confident Greeting customers in the showroom.
