We are looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to start a full-time role with a busy used car supermarket in the Hinckley area.
This is a busy, office-based role working 10am - 6pm Mon - Fri and a role that requires you to speak to customers who might have issues with a vehicle they have purchased. You would need to understand their issue, follow a process, liase with internal departments to work out the best strategy and keep the customer updated at all times.
It's a busy, fast paced role where you are challenged, kept on your toes and its certainly NOT boring.
To be considered - you NEED to have the following:
Experience working within a Customer Service role.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).A process driven mindset.Superb empathy skills and someone who have understand an issue from a customer's point of view and come up with a solution.Strong organisational skills.
