Customer Service Advisor – Preston PR1 – Permanent Role – 37.5 hours per week!!
Centric Talent are delighted to be recruiting for several Customer Service Advisors on behalf of one of our clients, who are a leading Financial and Customer Care outsourcing partner. The role will involve calling international companys and make arrangements for payment of overdue tele communications invoices.
Customer Service Advisor - The Role & Responsibilities
This role is B2B Customer Service position, below are some of the duties that are involved in this role.
- Contacting global telecoms customers to secure payments of overdue invoices
- Dealing with people based in Canada, The Caribbean, and Latin America and Europe, Asia, and Africa
- Communication via email and telephone
- Resolve complex account issues with client direct.
- Identify primary root-cause for non-payment of all overdue invoices.
- Communicating effectively to secure payment commitments and monitor payment receipts from customers.
- Payment or credit allocations and/or refund eligibility
- Initiate customer feedback surveys via email for all two-way interactions
Customer Service Advisor - Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday. However, the option to condense hours into a 4-day work week is also available. Please note - this is a fully office-based position.
Shift Patterns:
Monday – Friday 37.5 hour per week or Optional 4 days condensed working week.
- Days – shifts between 7am – 530 pm
- 2 pm - 1030 pm (shift premium of up to 20% available is paid on this shift)
Customer Service Advisor – Skills & Experience
What is our client looking for?
- Demonstrable experience in a Customer Service role ideally in a contact centre or office-based environment.
- Knowledge of collection techniques is advantageous.
- Fluent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Good computer skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Sufficient mathematical knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
- Negotiation skills & conflict resolution experience
- Tenacity and resilience
- Support, respect, and kindness
- The ability to work well within a team, as well as individually.
- Due to the nature of the role you must be fee of any CCjs or adverse credit
