Customer Service Advisors to join a fast-paced, vibrant marketing agency who are working with some of the biggest names in the online gaming and gambling industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Customer Service Advisors to join a fast-paced, vibrant marketing agency who are working with some of the biggest names in the online gaming and gambling industry. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.
Some of what you will be doing:
- Communicating with customers through various channels, such as email and online chat, and respond to their inquiries promptly.
- Duties will include resolving complaints, assessing customer requirements, and coordinating with back offices when necessary.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times while upholding the procedures for internal and external communications.
Ideally, your skills and experience will include:
- Be fluent in Dutch or Flemish (native level) and English, both written and spoken.
- 2 years of previous customer support experience
- Be computer literate, and able to multitask
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to work to targets while being self-motivated, focused, and assertive
