Job description

This is a great opportunity for a team player who has first-class attention to detail, Customer Service experience, and is highly numerate.

This Customer Service Advisor role will involve handling a high volume of VCC transactions to ensure these are reconciled and authorised, working with colleagues within TC Support and the wider business, too.

You will provide industry-leading support throughout our Reconciliations Function. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong Customer Service background who is also open to a future in finance.

Role Overview
  • Act as a brand ambassador to provide professional and world-class Customer Service.
  • Ensure the fast and efficient reconciliation of Virtual Credit Card statements.
  • Contribute to the wider business strategy to reduce, control, and maintain any unreconciled Virtual Credit Card transactions.
  • Ensure daily workload is managed, and SLAs are met and support colleagues within the Reconciliation function and wider TC Support to clear unreconciled transactions.
  • Actively seek, document and implement ways to improve the process.
