JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisorwho has previous experience in the vehicle maintenance sector, good administration skills and a Customer Service focus.
Working as a Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor you will provide telephone support to customers, and proactively manage fleet availability and recovery plans in a live 24/7 support centre environment.
As the Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor you will ensure a high standard of Customer Service is delivered at all times.
DUTIES
Main responsibilities as the Fleet Maintenance and Breakdown Recovery Customer Service Advisor will include:
- Handling and resolving breakdowns (including recovery)
- Incidents
- Defect reporting
- Progress and status updates
- Customer feedback, complaints, compliments and all other query resolutions
- Facilitation of communication between customer and the company
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of working in a customer focussed, pressurised environment and/or good administrative/transferable skills
- Good understanding of workshop procedures and systems
- Understanding of contract, commercial and financial processes
- Good organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Customer oriented and service delivery focused
- Literate, numerate and analytical
- Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experienced in the vehicle maintenance sector
- Able to build strong relationships, with ability to deal effectively across all levels
- Team player, with a 'can-do’ attitude
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
