Customer Service Advisor (Grade 4)
Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing excellent Customer Service and support to our valued clients. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and concerns promptly, and assisting with problem resolution. This is a Grade 4 position, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for growth within our organization.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies
Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening and understanding their needs
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to handle difficult customers
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Hours Per Hour:
Start Time: 16:30
End Time: 23:00
Pay Per Hour: £12.71
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
