This is an excellent opportunity to join a large manufacturing / distribution organisation in a customer advisor / coordinator role. You will be the first point of contact for customers over email / phone and work between the warehouse / distribution and sales teams in this customer coordinator / account executive position.

Main responsibilities: -
- Customer service calls and emails
- Manage a busy inbox to ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and effectively
- Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations
- Provide stock reports and handle stock queries
- Build trust and loyalty with customers, going the extra mile to exceed customers expectations
- Liaise with internal departments to deliver customer s expectations
- Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required
