Fabulous global Cosmetics company are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their UK and Ireland Head Office team in central London.
Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office, 2 days remote. Hours: 8.45am - 5.15pm
Duties to include:
- Answer questions effectively in accordance with company guidelines, maintaining consistency and fairness. Regularly check voicemails and log as cases on CRM system. Outbound calls to support company activities, campaigns and promotions will be required from time to time. All inbound and outbound calls must be logged into the CRM system salesforce.com, with comprehensive updates.
- Respond to email queries
- Data & Order Entry - Maintain Independent Sales Force personal information on the CRM system, ensuring compliance and verification.
- Operational Tasks - Order tracking. Release orders daily to 3PL Warehouse. Regularly liaise with the 3PL Warehouse 3PL for escalation of order tracking enquiries, claims, returned parcels which require re-delivery, termination returns and product damages. Process daily back orders.

- Office Administration - Back up support for Office Administration related tasks
- Record Management - Maintaining and archiving of department files in accordance with Records Management procedures.
This would suit someone with good clear communication skills.
