Wild are working with a fantastic employer based in Milton Keynes supporting them in looking for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis. This company offer great working environment and many opportunities.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will contributing towards maintaining the company’s reputation for providing a high level of Customer Service.
Working hours: 09:00-17:00
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Hourly Rate: £14.48ph
Location: Central Milton Keynes - hybrid offered once full training completed - 3 days in office and 2 at wfh
As a Customer Service Agent you will be:
- Providing high quality Customer Service via email and over the telephone.
- Database cleansing
- You will be supporting customers with their queries.
- Be consistent delivering a high level of Customer Service.
- Administration is also a key part of the role and having an eye for detail.
You will need to be:
- A team player and enthusiastic about Customer Service.
- You must be confident in using Word, Excel and quick to learn new systems.
- A background in Customer Service and administration is essential for this position.
- You need to be proactive, a desire to get involved and help where needed.
This is an on-going temporary opportunity which could open to to a permanent contract.
