The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Advisor who is as passionate about football as they are about delivering outstanding Customer Service. This role requires someone with a deep understanding of football, knowledge of European stadiums, and a keen sense of geography. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them understand how our mystery trips work and ensuring they have all the information they need for an exciting journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about trip details, including travel logistics, accommodations, and game information.
- Resolve any issues that arise before, during, or after the trip with a positive and proactive approach.
- Help customers understand the exciting concept of our mystery trips and build anticipation for their experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of football events, stadium locations, and travel logistics to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of trips and address any logistical challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of football, including teams, leagues, and stadium geography across Europe.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver mindset with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Passion for travel and creating unique customer experiences.
