SALARY £22,000 - £25,500

In this varied and exciting role, you will make a real difference from day one, supporting our network of franchisees, national accounts customers and consumers, taking the time to get to know them and build sustainable business partnerships. You will use the knowledge and expertise, acquired through a comprehensive and structured learning and development programme, to guide your customers through all stages of their experience.
Our Customer Service Advisor will:
Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and online chatsStrive to deliver world class Customer Service to Franchisees, National Accounts, and CustomersDevelop technical and product knowledge to share with our Franchisees, National Accounts, Customers, and Customer Service colleaguesManage customer order portals, pricing updates and export administrationOur Customer Service Advisor will have:
Experience in a telephone-based Customer Service roleA positive, 'will-do' attitudeExcellent communication skills with a calm, composed mannerCustomer Relationship/customer account management experienceExperience in handling technical or product related customer queriesExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAn eagerness for problem solving, improvements and delivering solutionsA desire to learn and develop product and technical knowledgeConfident IT skills including MS officeInterested in all things motive and comfortable being practical and hands on (Desirable)Comfortable with occasional travel between around WalsallBenefits:
