Job description
Venesky-Brown’s client, a public sector organisation in Livingston, is currently looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Advisers (Contact Centre) for contracts until 30th June on a rate of £13.42 per hour PAYE, with a possible further 2-month extension. The working hours will be Monday to Friday on a rota system 8am – 3.48pm one week and 8am – 5.48pm. Interviews will be held on Friday 5th April.
Responsibilities:
- Calling inbound and outbound calls from customers – dealing with all waste management calls and processes.
Essential Skills:
- English qualification/Computer qualification or equivalent
- Proven experience with telephone skills
- Skills in negotiation/analytical and Organisational skills
- Contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent listening skills
- Proven experience in using computers, keyboards, and multiple systems.
- Prioritising own workload
- Experience in working in a performance driven environment.
- Team working
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent work ethic.
