Pertemps Work Based Learning are thrilled to be working with a training provider based in Cramlington, rated "Good" by Ofsted. They are looking for a Learner Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis to take charge of Learner Recruitment, Learner Enrolment and Compliance.
Duties of Customer Service Advisor- Learner RecruitmentAdministrator:

• Be first point of contact for incoming calls
• Manage incoming email applications
• Updating web based jobs board and placing adverts various websites
• Actively resource, search and identify suitable candidates for positions
• Telephone interview new candidates.
• Assisting candidates with completion of company paperwork
• Maintain a database, candidates and client information
• Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

Skills and experience required for Customer Service Advisor- Learner Recruitment Administrator:

• Excellent communication skills along with an engaging telephone manner
• Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to build & develop relationships with candidates and clients
• High organisational skills
• Capability of working within a fast-paced, demanding and challenging environment
• A previous background within HR, Recruitment or Administration
• Positive and can do attitude
