Customer Service Advisor ( Supply Chain)

Grafton Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading international business to support them with recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to support their Supply Chain function.
Duties to include
- Resolving any queries they may have throughout this process to high standards and in a timely manner
- Own customers, personally handling their deliveries, releases, haulage rate quotations and invoicing.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Dealing with all aspects of cargo movement
- Ensuring customers are advised in a timely manner of any delays of delivery's movement to ensure smooth movement of cargo.
- Arrange UK delivery and collections
- Manage Multi modal transport queries
