SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000
LOCATION: Warwick

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Technical Customer Support Advisor to take the next step in their career and join a company that encourages progression and development. You will be the first contact for the mobile support team alongside providing first line mobile support to clients, working alongside a dedicated team who strive to provide the best customer care on the market place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer troubleshoot requests are dealt with in a timely manner
- Establish and develop and maintain customer relations
- Collate customer feedback
- Provide Smartphone hardware and software support
- Provide Customer technical / general advice and care
- Cellular network fault finding
- New users and Android for work set up
- Handling of complaints & issues
- Outbound calls to customers where needed - for customer support and / or data checking
- Work closely with other departments to enhance customer experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in Customer Service and administration
- Be a great internal and external communicator with a supportive and confident telephone manner
- Be organised and proactive
- Experience on Microsoft Office
