Customer Service Advisor

Our Insurance and Manufacturer Approved Vehicle Accident Repair centre is recruiting for an Customer Service Advisor.

Key Duties

• Liaising with insurance companies and work providers
• Booking vehicles in and out and completing required paperwork
• Updating customers of repair status
• Keeping all systems up to date
• fleet management/control

About you

The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills and excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a high-pressured environment. Knowledge with computers is essential. You will have a strong work ethic be reliable and be committed to excellence.

Working Pattern

Monday-Friday 8-5 Every other Saturday 8-12
