Our Insurance and Manufacturer Approved Vehicle Accident Repair centre is recruiting for an Customer Service Advisor.
Key Duties
- Liaising with insurance companies and work providers
- Booking vehicles in and out and completing required paperwork
- Updating customers of repair status
- Keeping all systems up to date
- fleet management/control
About you
The ideal candidate will have excellent Customer Service skills and excellent attention to detail and be able to work in a high-pressured environment. Knowledge with computers is essential. You will have a strong work ethic be reliable and be committed to excellence.
