Key areas of this role will include:
- Work with managers to identify, support and coach through discipline, grievance, absence management and performance management processes by using the most effective means in accordance with the Groups Policies and Procedures to ensure people issues are managed and resolved effectively, as well as helping to build improved line management capability.
- Accountable for the HR day-to-day processes and administration relating to the employee life cycle
- Lead with recruitment and selection practices to compliment business growth by creating a model that allows the business to attract and retain staff to support with succession planning
- Lead Employee Engagement initiatives, including staff surveys, employee engagement data collections and be proactive with HR engagement developments
- Support the Head of HR with ad hoc HR projects and reporting
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor who has experience of leading employee life cycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement and leavers. You will have the confidence to support managers through employee relations issues and have a sound understanding of relevant employment law as well as demonstrating excellent communication and people skills.
