Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home

A leading provider of beauty products is looking for an experience Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring their customers receive top-notch support and assistance.
Position Overview:
Seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a genuine desire to help others. This role offers the opportunity to interact with diverse customers, resolve inquiries, and contribute to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about their products/services, pricing, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Must be available immediately as this is a temporary assignment
- Proven experience in a Customer Service or related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other Customer Service tools.
- A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
