We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individuals to support the roll out of Automated Meter Reading (AMR) meters, ensuring seamless installations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Metering Operations team to manage AMR metering roll out, including customer engagement, site access information gathering, scheduling site surveys, and overseeing meter exchanges.
- Negotiate, influence, and manage stakeholders (both internal and external) to determine the necessary delivery model aligned with customer and business objectives.
- Handle day-to-day customer and internal queries through telephone and email communication channels.
- Ensure delivery of metering services in adherence to business, customer, and compliance obligations.
- Manage ongoing operational processes at site level, supporting comprehensive roll-out within regulatory time frames, including deployment, maintenance, site visits, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telephony Customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.).
- Ability to efficiently navigate and utilize internal database systems.
- Utilities industry experience would be advantageous.
