The Talent Crowd is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a successful and growing company based in Stockport, Bramhall. The successful candidate will be part of a team that provides an excellent, customer focused service.
The ideal candidate will have previous Customer Service experience and must be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to provide a high level of Customer Service, whilst building a rapport with customers. You will be expected to be organised, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails
- Providing a high level of Customer Service
- Building relationships with customers
- Following company policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate records
- Supporting other members of the team
- Previous Customer Service experience either face to face or phone based
- An excellent telephone manner
- The ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work to deadlines
- An understanding of the data protection act
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
