Experience required for Customer Service Advisor based in Cannock
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Familiarity with online platforms such as eBay and Amazon.
- Proficiency in using relevant Customer Service software and tools.

- Building strong, positive relationships with our diverse customer base, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Engaging in clear and empathetic communication to provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues via various communication channels.
- Identifying and analysing customer concerns, utilising your problem-solving skills to offer effective and tailored solutions.
- Developing a deep understanding of our three distinct retail brands and their offerings, as well as the online platforms we operate on, including eBay and Amazon.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, share customer insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Service strategies.
- Demonstrating a commitment to going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, showcasing your dedication to the success of both our company and our valued customers.
