Job description

I am recruiting for a leading Warrington town centre-based business who deal with the management of properties. Due to the acquisition of a large number of new properties my client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month contract basis, with the view to making the role permanent for the successful candidate.

The Customer Service Advisor provide an efficient and effective customer contact handling service, ensuring a right first-time approach, and caring Customer Service is delivered.

Duties

  • Ensure all incoming & outbound contacts are logged, information is provided and validated, and that assistance is provided in line with a Right First-Time approach and resolution is achieved, when possible.
  • Liaising with contractors and prioritising repairs /breakdowns.
  • Taking payments and other documentation associated with property management.
  • Dealing with and logging complaints.
  • Ensure outstanding customer contacts are followed up, contact management information is up to date.
  • Provide a caring approach that recognises the different customer profiles and deliver the service to the customer in the most appropriate way.
  • Dealing with customer contact via telephone, email, website, and voice mailbox.

Specification

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong customer focus and high level of written & verbal skills.
  • Commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Administration and delivering excellent Customer Service.
  • Property experience advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong computer literacy skills, experience of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
