Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working with customers who could be going through financial difficulty assessing their needs and the level of support they require.
You will be going through income and expenditure with the customer assessing their financial situation and setting up suitable payment plans and taking payments.
The role will be working in a regulated Contact Centre setting you will be dealing with a high volume of calls and ensuring you provide the best level of support at all times.
The Successful Applicant
Previous experience working with vulnerable customers ideally this could be from a range of backgrounds
However the business can be open but we would require some financial services experience
Outstanding communication skills
Empathetic and supportive
A high level of resilience and able to deal with difficult customers
Extremely customer centric
