- Office-based position located in Eccles.
- After probation there will be some ability to work from home although the team genuinely love being in the office together!
- Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.
- Shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Delivering exceptional Customer Service across all areas.
- Handling customer calls and email enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
- Taking ownership of individual enquiries and requests using a ticketing system.
- Answering product queries, dealing with faulty items, booking deliveries and collections and applying promotions.
- Upholding the company's reputation and instilling confidence in their products and services.
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or call centre environment.
- Solid work history
- Proficiency in using a ticketing system.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to both internal and external Customer Service excellence.
- Commercial awareness in decision-making and actions.
- High level of integrity and trust.
