Is Customer Service your thing? Are you looking for a step into the world of finance?
Working in the fast paced and multi-client Customer Contact Centre you will be the first point of contact for all queries about Finance (Accounts Payable, Procurement and Accounts Receivable).
Queries will arise via telephone or email / internal service request so you will require exceptional customer focus, and communication skills both in writing and verbally.
You will work from the modern Newport office on a Thursday and Friday, the rest of the week you will work from home. We offer flexibility with shift patterns, these can be anything between 8am-6pm, working 7.5 hours per day.
Home broadband with minimum 5mbps speed is essential, all other equipment will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Answer all incoming/outgoing calls
- Respond to all emails and internal service requests
- Use the Oracle Based system to provide an accurate and timely response
- Take ownership of customer queries, comments, feedback and complaints
- Be customer focused at all times and highlight any improvements opportunities
- Be a part of process and service improvements whether through suggestion or implementation
- Work as part of a strong team to deliver results during peak times
- Work with multi clients and understand their varying needs and systems
- Work with honesty and integrity
